My order arrived missing the piece that connected the snap frame to the telescoping pipe. Unfortunately I have not heard back form Customer Service in 3 days so this display stand is basically useless to me without the missing part. I have no idea when I’ll get it and may have to do a chargeback so I can recoup my money.
